Each Ventora Designs air-conditioning cover is crafted from 1.6mm extruded aluminium (1.6LE) — a lightweight yet robust material chosen for its balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic versatility. Aluminium’s natural resistance to rust makes it an ideal solution for coastal environments, while its clean, modern finish complements contemporary architectural styles.
Every unit is laser-cut and precision-bent to ensure a perfect fit and consistent edge alignment. Panels are then powder-coated, if required, in a high-quality, UV-resistant finish, available in a selection of custom colours to suit your exterior palette.
Our design philosophy emphasises functional airflow and visual integration — the slatted or perforated panels ensure optimal ventilation for your condenser units, while concealing unsightly hardware to create a cohesive outdoor aesthetic.

Ventora Designs stainless steel drain covers are built from Grade 304 stainless steel — an alloy prized for its superior corrosion resistance, strength, and long-lasting visual appeal. Each cover is cut from solid sheet stock and finished with a brushed surface, providing a subtle matte texture that resists fingerprints and complements stone, timber, and tiled surfaces.
Grade 304 stainless steel is widely used in architectural and marine environments, making it an excellent choice for coastal installations, pool decks, and high-traffic areas. The covers can be produced in a variety of slot or grid patterns to suit both aesthetic and drainage requirements
